IP Organiser’s Manager is Rodney Cruise. He is also a Partner of the firm, Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick. Rodney's background is in intellectual property information research, where he has more than 25 years’ experience. He is a registered Australian and New Zealand Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Natalie is an intellectual property manager with more than 15 years’ experience in intellectual property research. She assists clients as a proxy Intellectual Property Manager, providing them with renewals, registrations, new applications, filings, assignments and provides general IP advice.

Natalie also informs clients of new patents, trade marks or designs which may potentially infringe their work. Natalie also conducts watching services for clients.

Dr Leigh Guerin

Leigh completed his undergraduate degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of South Australia, graduating with first class Honours. His PhD in Medicine from the University of Adelaide focussed on mechanisms of immune tolerance. Leigh was subsequently employed as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University before returning to Australia.

Adam Pepper

Adam has a decade of commercial research and development experience and is qualified in both engineering and science, with majors in electronics and applied physics. Prior to joining Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick, he was working as a Design Engineer on standards-based wireless technology for a Japanese multinational provider of information technology services and products.

Peter Wassouf

Peter is an associate involved in patent prosecution and drafting specifications for local and international clients. Peter is an enthusiastic mechanical engineer with a passion for innovation and the law. He has worked on large infrastructure projects, delivering innovative and strategic solutions with respect to mechanical, civil and electrical assets, and has found his niche in intellectual property.
